BREAKING NEWS: RITA MARLEY EVICTING ELDERS AT SCOTT'S PASS |Rastafari TV Network has confirmed with Mr. Bunny Wailer's office and other tearful activists, that the elders in Scott's Pass, Jamaica are indeed being evicted, most who need medical attention, even the blind. Scotts Pass was bought by Bob Marley in 1979 for oppressed RasTafari elders. It is said after Bob's passing, Rita prevented the development of the land by withholding the titles. This destabilization have caused the elders to now live in deplorable condition. RTV has evidence of all eviction notices of our elders by names by Mrs. Rita Marley's Attorney, Shanique T. Scott.. The Eviction Notice Reads Thus:
"Mrs. Rita Marley is the owner of he captioned property. Mrs. Marley have become aware that you occupy a part of the property without having been granted permission to do so. You are therefore currently occupying this property as a trespasser. On Mrs. Marley's behalf, we give you NOTICE TO VACATE the property no later than July 19, 2014."
We have been given the documents. We have seen it. We are waiting video testimonials of all elders so that they can tell you the history of the land and why this sudden eviction. Scotts Pass is lush and beautiful and we can't help but wonder if perhaps the oncoming lucrative boom of the medical marijuana business is more pressing than caring for our precious treasure of elders.
